LINAK's established range of electric lifting columns is complemented by the LC1, which fits seamlessly into the proven LC series and forms a bridge between the powerful LC3 and the long-established BL1.
With a compact installation dimension of just 275 mm and a stroke length of up to 500 mm in the standard version, the LC1 is designed for a wide range of applications. Three design variants - standard, reinforced and with three side rails - enable use for loads from 2,000 to 4,000 newtons to meet the diverse requirements of our customers.
The reinforced version is specially designed for applications with high bending moments without changing the profiled external dimensions.
The focus is on performance: the LC1 operates quickly and achieves a speed of 24.6 mm/s at full load with 2,000 Newton and 13.3 mm/s with the 4,000 Newton variant. This enables time and efficiency-oriented operation.
The noise level has also been optimized and is below 50 db(A) for all lifting columns, which helps to create a quiet working environment that benefits both users and patients.
The satin finish not only provides a stylish look, but also makes cleaning easier. The sophisticated cable management also offers additional cleaning benefits and contributes to a tidy appearance of the end application.
With integrated limit switches, a safety factor of 2.5 and an IPX4 protection rating, the LC1 is a versatile all-rounder that impresses in terms of safety.
Thanks to the compatible profile size with the BL1, the LC1 can be easily integrated into existing systems. LINAK makes installation even easier with suitable mounting brackets.
