Miniaturization and reliability - deep-drawn micro components and customized finishing processes

In times of increasing miniaturization, STÜKEN MEDICAL guarantees reliable quality even with the highest quantities and minimum component size. A deep-drawing process we developed for micro parts is still setting standards today.

A deep-drawing process for micro parts developed by STÜKEN still sets standards today. The tiny functional parts for applications in the fields of infusion or solenoid valves can be manufactured only with extreme precision. The in-house finishing processes such as electropolishing, passivation, assembly or heat treatment offer advantages for individual application solutions. Class 7 / GMP Class C clean rooms are available for special cleanliness requirements.

The prerequisite for the industrial production of these miniature products was the development of a special deep-drawing process for components with dimensions of less than 1 millimeter. The materials used are metals such as stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, but also non-ferrous metals, nickel-based alloys and tantalum. Here, STÜKEN, as the world's leading supplier of high-precision formed parts, was able to develop efficient solutions based on decades of experience. An important element is a special coating which enables high-speed assembly and guarantees reliable function. The process reliability in the production of these micro parts is exemplary. A further significant advantage are the finishing processes available in-house. With comprehensive service, we offer everything from a single source: Ready-to-install solutions from an efficient and largely internal process chain with extremely reliable quality.

We are looking forward to your visit in hall1, booth 539.
