The range of technologies plus expertise is probably unique. In addition to laser fineblanking, this includes ultrashort pulse laser processing for microstructuring, ablation and UDI marking - including for advanced materials such as ceramics and carbide. For temperature-sensitive materials such as copper or ceramics, HAILTEC recommends biocompatible micro waterjet cutting. The in-house measurement laboratory provides nano-precise measurement protocols for quality assurance and certification.
