The serial production of medical components is one of our core competencies. We use state-of-the-art ultra-short pulse laser systems over a wide range of wavelengths from UV to IR. We process almost any material requested, such as silicone, stainless steel, nitinol, titanium, platinum, or ceramic-based materials. We drill, cut, slit, structure, deburr, or weld everything in a class-7 cleanroom for applications such as ophthalmic, catheter-based treatments, pacemakers, and in-ear devices.
