ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000- a new high-performance cooling lubricant with high pressure stability for machining titanium and cobalt alloys, stainless steels and chrome

In order to improve the processing of materials with high strength and toughness, such as titanium, FUCHS has developed ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000, a new high-pressure stable and particularly efficient cooling lubricant that is suitable for high-pressure machining up to over 100 bar and also requires little maintenance due to its boron and FAD-free properties. High-pressure machining results in earlier chip breaking and therefore significantly better surface finishes and longer tool life, as the heat build-up that is common with titanium can be avoided. Consequently, an increase in cutting speed can also be achieved. In addition, cooling lubricants with a synthetic ester content are ideally suited for high-pressure machining due to their excellent air separation properties.
ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000 is a multifunctional high-performance product for drilling, turning, milling, threading and grinding titanium and nickel-based alloys as well as aluminum, stainless steel and steel. Critical aluminum alloys can also be machined thanks to the use of special ingredients.
