Pre-cleaning: after CNC production
The SBS Ecoclean Group offers various single-chamber systems for cleaning after oily CNC machining. These can work with solvents or with aqueous solutions. Thanks to the vacuumtechnology capillaries and blind holes are excellently cleaned. Medical implants and instruments are processed with oils or emulsions in CNC production. The innovative solvent cleaning systems have the advantage that lumens, blind holes or geometries of additive manufactured components can be cleaned without any problems using vacuum technology.
Intermediate cleaning: after grinding and polishing
The SBS Ecoclean Group offers various aqueous single-chamber systems and ultrasonic immersion systems for cleaning after CNC machining or after grinding / polishing. Thanks to the vacuumtechnology capillaries and blind holes are excellently cleaned. Medical implants and instruments must be cleaned before final inspection. The solutions and technologies of the SBS Ecoclean Group enable the customer to achieve excellent cleaning results.
Final cleaning / passivation: after the final inspection
The SBS Ecoclean Group offers state-of-the-art ultrasonic immersion systems for final cleaning and passivation. The latest vacuum pressure technology PPC (Pulsated Pressure Cleaning) makes it possible to achieve the highest cleaning results in final immersion cleaning systems. These systems are equipped with all necessary sensors to ensure consistent quality. The latest generation of systems enables the highest and most valid cleaning results. In compliance with the FDA and MDR regulations, our cleaning systems have been developed for for medical implants and surgical instruments of any geometry.
Spray cleaning: for transferring into the clean room
The SBS Ecoclean Group offers state-of-the-art spray cleaning systems for final cleaning and passivation. The latest technology makes it possible to achieve the highest cleaning results in the final spray system. These systems are equipped with all necessary sensors to ensure consistent quality. Clean room and packaging: infeed for packaging
