The MedtecLIVE Innovation Expo will be held on 18 and 19 February 2025 as part of the highly regarded MedtecSUMMIT international congress in Nuremberg. This accompanying exhibition will provide a platform for exhibitors to showcase the great power of innovation of this sector. This is a ground-breaking event that brings the medical technology sector together right at the beginning of the year.
The highly regarded MedtecSUMMIT innovation congress, organized on behalf of the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, is where international experts from the fields of industry, science, policymaking and medicine gather to discuss the latest industry trends and solutions to current challenges. Subjects include ground-breaking themes such as clinical robotics, biomaterials and the use of health data. Dr Jörg Traub, head of Specialization Field Health at Bayern Innovativ GmbH, describes the congress: “For many years, MedtecSUMMIT has been established as a central platform for networking and promoting innovations in the healthcare sector. Another highlight in the MedtecLIVE Brand Family this year is the MedtecLIVE Healthtech Pavilion at automatica/LASER World of PHOTONICS, taking place in Munich from 24 to 27 June 2025. This will be the first time that this medtech-focused pavilion will be at the trade fair. It will enable participating providers to tap into new application areas and target groups. The next MedtecLIVE, the leading European exhibition for the development and manufacture of medical technology, will be held in Stuttgart on 5-7 May 2026. Starting now, in every second year MedtecLIVE will offer an excellent platform where OEMs and distributors can learn about the latest developments and industry trends directly from leading providers, SMEs and also startups, and gain a comprehensive overview of the entire medical technology value chain. The MedtecLIVE Community keeps exhibitors and visitors informed and in discussion all year round.
