With around 240 highly motivated employees, MEDIPACK AG offers complete solutions for high-quality medical products. From development, clean room production of blister packs and sealing technology to complete packaging services: Everything from a single source!
Every development is based on the fact that we know exactly what our customers want and translate these requirements into a suitable packaging solution. With our many years of experience and our state-of-the-art resources, we quickly present innovative solutions in an attractive 3D design.
In our own tool and mold making department, thermoforming tools and sealing tools are manufactured on state-of-the-art CNC machines with CAD/CAM technology.
In order to meet the increasingly stringent requirements for cleanliness and traceability of raw materials, MEDIPACK has set up its own PETG film extrusion facility.
Our core business is the thermoforming of medical blister packaging for demanding applications. We specialize in the small series and wholesale production of sophisticated medical blister packaging in clean room classes 7 or 8.
We have developed the MEDIPACKER TS series of heat-sealing machines especially for the medical sector and for use in clean rooms. These universally applicable compact machines enable quick tool changes.
With the utmost care and using validated processes, sterile or non-sterile products are carefully packed into pouches or blisters under class 7 cleanroom conditions, packaged in a controlled area and prepared for external sterilization.
Our process-oriented quality assurance system in accordance with ISO 13485:2016 documents and guarantees the high quality of our products.
