Amsler & Frey machines all turned and milled parts by exclusively using dry machining - without the risk of contamination from coolants/lubricants. This requires many years of experience and expertise in handling the various plastics.

We manufacture in Switzerland (Schinznach-Dorf) in air-conditioned halls. Our long-standing employees are highly qualified and specialised. Instruments and medical devices fulfil the highest quality standards.

We have been ISO 13485 certified since 2006. Validated processes and machines ensure consistent and high quality.

State-of-the-art measuring equipment ensures compliance with and recording of the tightest dimensional tolerances.

All our medical grade (MG) plastics are batch-controlled. Traceability is guaranteed throughout.
